CURRENT PROJECT | Client: Kāinga Ora

Demolition and removal of building shell including all footings and foundations. All aluminium, reinforcing steel in the concrete, any steel beams belong to Phoenix along with any inaccessible cooper piping and wiring that could not be removed as part of the strip out process. Includes for all machinery and labour to demolish and load out the concrete rubble, concrete disposal, and transportation.
